A quiet return to the self
Easy Rajyoga Meditation. Peace You Can Live.
Experience yourself as a peaceful soul, build a loving connection with Supreme Soul Shiva and bring Gita wisdom into relationships, responsibilities and everyday action.
What is Easy Rajyoga?
A relationship of awareness
Rajyoga is a meditation of the mind and intellect. Instead of withdrawing from life, the learner practises soul-consciousness and loving remembrance of the Supreme while continuing daily responsibilities.
The practice is gentle and may be done with open eyes. The aim is to create a clear inner state from which thoughts, words and actions naturally become more peaceful, pure and purposeful.

Yes. Rajyoga is designed to support spiritual awareness during responsibilities. Short pauses of soul-conscious remembrance can be practised throughout the day.
I sit comfortably and gently turn my attention from the outer world towards the self.
I am not merely this body, name or role. I am a living, conscious point of peaceful light.
At the centre of the forehead, I experience my original qualities—peace, purity, love and strength.
Beyond the physical world, I remember Supreme Soul Shiva: the radiant Point of Light, the Ocean of Peace.
Pure rays of peace touch my thoughts. Mental noise slows down. I am safe, stable and spiritually connected.
I choose one elevated quality to express today. My meditation now becomes my attitude and action. Om Shanti.
